Who this applies to
These terms cover paid work with Arthat AI Technologies Private Limited (“Arthat”). Prices are in your signed proposal; Indian rupee prices exclude GST. If your signed proposal or agreement says something different, that document applies. REVIEW
AI Readiness Assessment
- Paid 100% upfront, at the fixed price in your signed proposal. REVIEW
- Before kickoff (the first stakeholder interview): cancel for a full refund. REVIEW
- Once interviews have started, the fee is not refundable, because the work is under way. You can move the remaining sessions once, within 30 days. REVIEW
- The full fee is credited against a build that starts within 45 days of the Assessment report. The credit can’t be exchanged for cash. REVIEW
Quick-win builds
- 50% is paid on signing and 50% at go-live. REVIEW
- Before work starts: cancel and we refund the signing payment in full. REVIEW
- After work starts: the signing payment covers the work done up to the cancellation date. If the work done is worth less, we refund the difference; if it is worth more, we invoice the difference at the rates in your proposal. You keep what has been delivered. REVIEW
- The go-live payment is due when the agreed workflow is live. 30 days of support after go-live is included and has no separate refund. REVIEW
AI Partner retainers
- Billed monthly in advance, with a 6-month minimum term. REVIEW
- After the minimum term: cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice. REVIEW
- During the minimum term: the remaining months of the minimum term are payable, unless we agree otherwise in writing. REVIEW
- Fees for a month that has started aren’t refunded, and unused hours don’t carry over or convert to a refund. REVIEW
Care plans
- Billed monthly in advance. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice. REVIEW
Third-party and running costs
Software, AI model usage, WhatsApp messaging and other running costs are billed at cost. Once incurred or committed to a provider, they can’t be refunded by us. REVIEW
If we cancel
If Arthat cancels or can’t deliver, we refund in full anything you have paid for work not yet delivered. REVIEW
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days, with a GST credit note where applicable. REVIEW
How to cancel or ask for a refund
Email discover@arthat.org (or akshay@arthat.org) from the address on your proposal, with the engagement name. We reply within 2 working days. REVIEW
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction. REVIEW
